Shopping Information

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges vary depending on your location within Ghana and the size or weight of your order. Standard delivery within Accra typically ranges between GHS 10 – GHS 25. For nationwide delivery, charges may range from GHS 20 – GHS 50. Delivery is free for orders above GHS 500.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery within Accra usually takes 1–2 business days, while nationwide deliveries can take 2–5 business days, depending on your location. For pre-ordered or backordered items, longer timelines will apply and will be communicated at checkout.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order number. We will process your items and dispatch them as soon as possible. You’ll be notified with tracking details or contacted by our delivery team to arrange drop-off.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt will be sent to your registered email upon order confirmation. You can also log into your account on our website, go to ‘My Orders’, and download your receipts from the order history section.

How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

During checkout, you can select the option “Add Gift Receipt” and even include a personal note. The gift receipt will exclude prices and will be included in the package. Gift wrapping is also available at an additional cost.

How long do I have to return an order?

You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. Some products like perfumes, electronics, or intimate items may have special return conditions or may not be returnable unless faulty.

Payment Information

How is the recipient reimbursed?

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used during purchase. If you paid via mobile money or card, the funds will be reversed to that account. For cash-on-delivery purchases, refunds are processed via mobile money or bank transfer.

Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

Yes, refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or mobile money provider.

Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

Currently, we only ship within Ghana. Orders placed outside Ghana must specify a valid Ghanaian delivery address. International shipping is not available at this time.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, visit the ‘Returns’ section on our website, fill out the return request form, or contact our customer care team. Once approved, you can return the product to our warehouse in Accra or schedule a pickup (where available).

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, all products displayed are photographed to match the actual item. However, minor variations in packaging or colour may occur due to lighting or manufacturer changes. If the item delivered significantly differs, please contact us for a replacement or refund.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We regularly restock high-demand items. You can click on the “Notify Me” button on the product page to get alerts once the item is back in stock. Some limited-edition items may not be restocked.
